The death of Christ was very brutal and ruthless. He went through more in that day than I could justify in a million life times, but it’s not the way he died that is so important, it’s why he died that matters the most. He died for us(the whole world) so that we can live with him eternally. You see, we are born into sin and therefore eternally separated from God. That is why he died, to bridge the gap between humankind and God. He was without blemish, he was perfect and he laid his life down for us.He is the only true hope for this lost and dying world. So, when I say we need to come to him and he will change us, I am meaning that we sin everyday constantly and therefore we are in need of salvation from our bondage to sin.Lies, lust, using God’s name in vain, etc. we do these things everyday. We need Christ.End of story.
